He is currently the Executive Chef for Northwell Health in Long Island, NY and is well-known for his previous long-standing tenure as the Senior Director of Culinary and Pastry Arts at the International Culinary Center. MCF can be found in any types of kitchens, Restaurants, Hospitals, Education, Cuises and Private Houses or Clubs. High expertise is required in any kitchen.
