I've been around Ferrari Challenge for a long time, and I can genuinely say this was some of the best racing I've ever seen in the category.
Every class delivered. Every battle mattered. Every driver pushed. And every single member of this team performed at an incredible level.
What made me most proud wasn't just the results — it was the way we operated together. Calm under pressure. Focused. Precise. United.
A special thank you to Lorenzo, Bruno, and Adriana — and to every single person in this crew. Hearing AF Corse tell us we are currently the best Ferrari team in the world is something we should all be proud of.
On track, the performances spoke for themselves:
🏆 Ross Tomain — Two poles. Two wins. Two fastest laps. The only complete sweep across every class at The Bend. 🔥 Steve Wyatt — Lost victory on the final lap Saturday, came back Sunday to win. Enormous character. 🎯 Enzo Cheng — Intelligent, composed, another podium. His 2025 lap records still stand. 🌟 Robert Scott — Ferrari Challenge debut. Immediately showed why he belongs here. 💪 Adnan Sibai — Building confidence and momentum every round. 🏁 Coppa Shell — Trewern vs Taguchi. One of the best fights in Australian motorsport right now.

In Trofeo Pirelli, the battle tightened even further.
Jim Pollicina leaves South Australia leading the standings, but Enzo Cheng remains within striking distance after a composed weekend at the circuit where he still holds both the qualifying and race lap records from 2025.
Steve Wyatt’s breakthrough victory and Robert Scott’s strong debut in the Mobile Suit Gundam 296 Challenge added even more depth to an already unpredictable championship.
Coppa Shell continues to deliver one of the fiercest contests of the 2026 season.
Masahiro Taguchi retains the championship lead by just six points over David Trewern after both drivers traded blows across the weekend at The Bend. With two rounds remaining and 34 points available each weekend, the fight is far from over.
And speaking of points available, in Trofeo Pirelli 488, Ross Tomain continues to build a commanding advantage and will arrive at the next round with his first match point opportunity. The national championship is now just 20 points away.
A perfect weekend:
Pole position in both qualifying sessions.
Victory in both races.
Fastest lap in both races.
The only complete sweep achieved across every class this weekend.
As the championship enters its second half, MC Corsa drivers lead all three classes of Ferrari Challenge Australasia.
The fight now moves to Queensland Raceway, June 20–21.

Round 3 of the 2026 Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Australasia season at The Bend Motorsport Park delivered exactly what everyone expected: chaos, redemption, strategy, and speed.
From the very first laps of practice, the pace of our competitors was clear. But racing is never decided on Friday.
For MC Corsa, this weekend became a story of resilience across every class.
Adnan Sibai continued his progression with valuable testing mileage before the event, building confidence and experience around one of Australia’s most demanding circuits.
Robert Scott made his Ferrari Challenge debut aboard the Mobile Suit Gundam 296 Challenge, stepping into the seat for his first weekend in the category after arriving as the 2024 Australian RX8 Champion.
In Trofeo Pirelli, Steve Wyatt announced himself immediately. After leading Race 1 until the final lap, victory slipped away in traffic, forcing him to settle for second. On Sunday, he answered in the best possible way: charging through the field with a five-position recovery drive to claim victory after one of the fiercest battles of the season.
Enzo Cheng returned to The Bend carrying the benchmark laps from 2025, with both his qualifying and race records still standing after the weekend. A composed and intelligent Race 2 secured P2 after staying clear of the opening battles and capitalising when it mattered most.
Coppa Shell delivered another chapter in one of the tightest title fights of the season. David Trewern and Masahiro Taguchi split victories and points across the weekend, with Taguchi maintaining the championship lead by just six points heading into the final two rounds.
And in Trofeo Pirelli 488, Ross Tomain delivered perfection.
