Future builders in action 👷🔨
Last weekend, we welcomed 70 high school students from 35 Southern California schools to our 7th annual STEMstruction event — our biggest turnout yet.
Students got hands-on experience pouring concrete, welding, using power tools and even operating a mini excavator. From first-time challenges to new career discoveries, the day was all about showing students the many exciting career paths within the design and construction industry.
Our favorite part? Watching students step outside their comfort zones, build confidence and have a blast doing it. A special thank you to our sponsor and learning station mentors. We couldn’t have done it without you!

We joined our project partners at Granger Construction Company for a Heart Hats event benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Together, our teams spread 12 yards of playground mulch and 6 yards of landscaping mulch across the playground, memory garden and flower beds, helping create a more welcoming space for families staying at Ronald McDonald House.
As we work with Michigan State University on critical campus energy infrastructure, it’s just as important to show up beyond the jobsite. We’re proud to partner with MSU and Granger to make a difference in the community, too. Thanks to everyone who volunteered their time and energy to make it happen.

Big things are happening on the Las Vegas Strip. Our project team is helping transform The Mirage property into the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, a new destination gem.
We carefully deconstructed more than 1.8 million square feet to make way for what’s next. Our crews dedicated over 56,000 hours to completing this work, achieving it with an outstanding safety record and zero incidents. Proud of our craft professionals for tackling such a complex, high-profile project safely, efficiently and with a strong focus on recycling materials back into future work across the valley.

Building the new SSM Health @cardinal.glennon Children’s Hospital or building with LEGOs alongside kids at the current hospital? It’s hard to say which is more rewarding, but we’re incredibly grateful for both.
