Last year, I decided to venture into the world of filmmaking and Michael and producer @kimnyhous took me under their wings and so kindly and openly welcomed me into the production process. I am so proud of his genius and all of the hard work he has put in to get here. It is a beautiful thing to witness and I am so grateful to be here for it. One of the best parts is the people we meet along the way. It is a rich life and I am grateful. Congratulations, Jherek! You deserve every bit and more. So excited for all the things to come!!

I am so thrilled for all of the people involved and excited to be along for the ride (and may also have a teeny tiny presence in the score…phew). A whirlwind German theater adventure. So proud of the hardest working man in the biz, Jherek Bischoff, who opened a new production of his first opera Andersen’s Stories in Munich November 18, followed by the premiere of his second opera Kasimir and Karoline in Hannover December 8, both to standing ovations! Wonderful to see some old friends and meet lots of new ones. Also discovered my love of historical Christmas markets. 🤩
Happy Birthday to this magical creature I am so lucky to know and spend my best days and worst days. They honestly all feel like the best days. Doesn’t get much better than this!!
