Our scope of works included:

A recently completed development of 4 luxury new build homes and 4 flats in Hitchin, Hertfordshire built by the talented @modplanbuilding
Our scope of works included:

We are proud to have successfully delivered works to the Line 3 Upgrade at Sealed Air LTD factory.
We were responsible for delivering the following scope on a tight programme, whilst operating in a live food grade factory with restrictive access:
- Existing drainage diversions ✅
- Demolition of existing slabs and fixtures ✅
- Temporary works inclusive of cofferdam construction ✅
- Bulk earthworks and propping ✅
- Reinforced concrete slabs and walls ✅
- Below ground waterproofing ✅

Alongside @hale.construction we have delivered a high end multi use garden, split across 3 tiers - providing our client with a swim against tide pool, gym + bar/hosting area with change facility, mini 5G MUGA pitch, irrigated boarders + beds and surrounding patio terraces

Working closely with the very best at @dbstructural , we are carrying out thorough design scrutiny to allow us a seamless sequence for delivery and meet our clients programme requirements.

📍 Cuffley, Hertfordshire
Some cracking progress photos from the team in the last month on this intricate basement taking shape in Harpenden for our client.
Despite the tight site constraints we have managed to safely drill and cast 96no 350mm dia piles, fix and cast 50m of capping beam and reduce dig + remove 1200m3 spoil from site.
We are looking forward to commencing slab + sump, liner walls and steelwork as we start to come back up out the ground

Following the demolition of @clubcliftoncricket clubhouse last month, we are pleased to return to site this week to make a start on the foundations, substructure and drainage for their new pavilion!
