How I edit my day in the life videos !!!!
Potentially controversial, but I start with my voiceover, I write the script and then record it into cap cut and always start with a strong hook to get people watching
Now I work on the opening, I share about 6 different clips of the highlights of my day and put them into 0.3 second clips, and then overlay a title and add some overlays of items that tie into what I was doing.
Then I add in all the clips from my day, and put them all into 0.5 second clips roughly tying in what Iâm doing, to what Iâm saying.
Then I generate the captions, I use the font classic in bold and put the spacing to -1 and then use the animation âbounce outâ .
Lastly Iâll add in any overlays or sound fx that add to the story like a mouse click or pop.
Iâll then usually use the music in Instagram and Tik Tok so add that in at volume 10 and there you have it!!!

HOW TO INDIVIDUALLY EDIT YOUR CAPTIONS IN @capcutapp !
â¨First go into cap cut and generate your captions on a video
â¨You can now change the font, animations, colors etc.
â¨To create a highlight font, click on âedit captionsâ then you can either use the auto highlight font generator or create your own by going into the âhighlightâ section
â¨You also have the option to edit each caption individually by clicking âeditâ then unclick the âapply to all captionsâ which means you can really play around with your captions!!
