Looking back on an incredible 10-day road trip through Tunisia—starting in vibrant Tunis, venturing to the edge of the Sahara, and unwinding on Kerkennah Island—I still can’t decide what I enjoyed more: the food, the scenery, or the company... though the mechouiya salad might have a slight edge!
