His food is shaped both by his mother Odette’s Irish heritage and by years spent cooking at The River Café, St John Bread & Wine, and Spring. At The Old Pharmacy, Max will prepare a generous feast for both Sunday lunch and dinner with a nod to his Irish heritage.
