What a trip it's been!
This process started during my fascination with integrating AI into my workflow and ended up being based on the amazing Polaroid photo by @phil.and.phill .

Pleased to share the lyrics video for Miracles by @chefspecialmusic . An Midjourney exploration of colourful explosions, vibrant bursts and fresh starts. Grateful for the opportunity to continue exploring generative AI in the design process. Nothing sharpens focus like a release date.
It was an honour for me to create the artwork for @chefspecialmusic latest single "Miracles".
The ideation process involved conversations, free association mindmaps, reference images, and now, AI-generated visuals. I used Midjourney to mock up various design approaches, all of which converged on an explosion of colour - a "big bang" or microscopic beauty. This seemed fitting for their first single. The band was smitten with this AI-generated imagery, and it became the final artwork.
Part of my motivation was to assess my feelings about such a process. Honestly, I'm somewhat conflicted. I'm enamoured by the visuals and was involved in the process, but it presents a different sense of ownership compared to traditional, hands-on creation from start to finish.

Another one using Runway Gen-2 & MidJourney. Pretty cool seeing how it actually interpreted the skating moves from the starting image. #ai #midjourney #runway
Quick experiment using Runway-Gen2 image based generation in combination with MidJourney v5.
Not using any text prompts keeps as close to your desired image but I find that you have little control over the movement. And those 4secs clips rolling the dice is a sure fire way to burn through credits.
That being said, it's quite impressive.

MidJourney 5.2 Zoom Out play.
Prompt: A photograph of a camel, in an astronaut suit, adrift in space, dreamily contemplating it's next terrestrial vacation. The camel's wide, sleepy eyes gaze longingly at a holographic projection of a lush, tropical oasis.
I got distracted and spent all my free Runway Gen-1 credits on an ACID track.
I created a Sine wave animation in AE and applied a style transfer from some MidJourney generated images. Gen-2 looks great but doesn't have the style transfer yet. Im looking into incorporating more of my own elements into the AI process.

Utilizing generative AI (Midjourney5) to craft a band merch shoot for my Dutch pals @chefspecialmusic . Experimenting with diverse angles, lighting, and locations has been a fun trip down many rabbit holes.
The workflow is fascinating, as conjuring a brand-new shot proved speedier than tweaking in Photoshop. Embracing the delightful glitches along the way.
