Join us tomorrow night for this fantastic new film, it’s always great to chat about all things documentary in the bar afterwards. I love that I met @bristolunscripted & the lovely @ellie_kyn@hells_92@poppy.goodheart to found Doc Club last summer. We didn’t know where we would hold screenings. And then it just felt a natural fit to approach the lovely @clarered & @stphread to work with them & Watershed’s great programming of documentary film. Moving from Brooklyn to Bristol I desperately needed to keep feeding my hunger for all things #documentary. And these folks have been a huge help. Building a doc community in Bristol feels so good. Thank God for @w_shed and great to keep growing this group now with @docfilmcouncil & Docyards, let’s keep building our wider #bristol doc family. Hoping to work with @cablescameras & @wearedocwomen soon too. It might look like I’m advertising some dodgy phone number but it’s for a boat in a bird sanctuary in the Mekong Delta, which is truly avian heaven. As we enter 2025 I think it’s official I’m becoming a #twitcher. #vietnam I’m in love. We need to save our birds. Happy New Year everyone.
