Sometimes food can look so beautiful that it makes it hard to eat. @teakwood_nyc is one of those spots⌠and then somehow tastes even better!Â
Chicken buns almost too perfect to eat. Pillowy soft, stacked with crispy chicken, bright pickled onions, and the kind of bite that disappears in seconds.
The spicy chicken wings arrived lacquered in this glossy, sticky glaze that practically dared us not to grab one immediately. (We failed.)
Then the Passion cocktail showed up looking fresh, bright, and dangerously easy to drink.
That 21-day aged ribeye? Perfect char on the outside, beautifully pink in the center, sliced like it knew it was the star of the table.
The pad see ew with beef came out glistening, smoky, loaded with tender beef, and exactly the kind of comfort food you start craving again before youâve even finished.
And because no meal like this ends without dessert⌠that mango sticky rice was simple, beautiful, and the perfect sweet finish.
Some restaurants serve food. Others serve temptation.

Someone call the police because these dishes from @godunknyc absolutely blew us away. đĽ And the flat noodles may have been the best weâve ever had!
Every plate that hit the table somehow topped the last. We donât say that lightly.
The Hamachi Ceviche came out bright, fresh, and packed with flavor from the very first bite. The Had Yai Fried Chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy, and impossible to stop eating. The Nahm Tok A5 Wagyu was rich, tender, and one of those dishes you keep thinking about long after dinner.
The Crying Noodle brought the perfect amount of heat, while the Kra Pow Beef delivered that bold, savory spice that makes Thai food so addictive. The Brisket Panang was deep, rich, and comforting in the best way. And the Pla Tod Turmeric finished everything off with that perfect crispy, flavorful bite.
This wasnât just dinner, it was one of those meals where everyone at the table goes silent because the food is that good.
If you know, you know. If you donât, fix that.
@antidote__nyc __NYC might be the actual cure for hunger!
All the dishes at Antidote were incredibly delicious, whether they were spicy, tender, savory and/or rich. Somehow all competed for best bite, and it wasnât easy to determine a winner.
The Kung Pao had real heat and tender chicken, the dumplings disappeared fast (Special Guest and Chef @morgancirker was not playing fair), and the short rib with chestnuts had me completely locked in. I knew it was going to be great, but this was on another level!
Then just when things started to calm down, here came the cold Sichuan noodles starting a mini feud and the mushroom ravioli finished it.
And somehow we still made room for that raspberry cheesecake, which mightâve been the smartest decision of the night.
Shoutout to Antidote for taking care of us and to special guest star Morgan đ¤

Yesterday we shared the story behind @ristorantemareemonte Today, itâs all about the food⌠and this might be one of the toughest decisions weâve had to make.
Everything here looks unreal. The crab cakes are ridiculous, the shrimp is perfectly cooked, and the orecchiette is exactly what youâd hope for when you think of Italy⌠but in San Antonio.
And then thereâs @maxhoffmann who may or may not have fallen in love with the sundried tomatoes, goat cheese, and chicken. Hard to blame him.
If you had to pick one dish, what would you going with?

The concept is simple. Every country. Every story. Every bite.
Two things matter at every restaurant we walk into: the food on the plate and the story behind it. Thatâs the show.
