Full recomp for my boy @mace.nicholls Mason was in the gym multiple days a week, lacking motivation and doing guess work with his diet. On the left was me coming back from travelling - out of shape, no routine and zero structure. Eating rubbish and barely training. A year later on the right - the most confident and most consistent I’ve ever been which I’m able to maintain year round with structure to my training and nutrition. All whilst working long days on site, living a busy life and still being able to enjoy myself when I want.
