Yes people! — I’m excited to share that I’ve been quietly working on this for a while and I am now offering slots for 1-1 online coaching. After 10+ years of training, learning, and refining what actually works, I’m stepping into online coaching for men who live a busy lifestyle. On the left was me coming back from travelling - out of shape, no routine and zero structure. Eating rubbish and barely training. A year later on the right - the most confident and most consistent I’ve ever been which I’m able to maintain year round with structure to my training and nutrition. All whilst working long days on site, living a busy life and still being able to enjoy myself when I want. London Marathon 2026 🏃🏽‍♂️ First ever marathon ticked off at 03:12:17 official chip time. Was such a good day so grateful for my people coming to support and to celebrate with Had so many injuries throughout the whole prep and I was in pain from the start with my knee blowing up at around 25k so I’m more than happy with the time I got Will be back for that sub 3 with a much better block but Hyrox you’re up next

Bit of running, bit of lifting Pb at Victoria half today 01:25:21 (chip time 1:25:38) Picked up a few injuries but wanted to test my fitness prior to London Marathon in 7 weeks time Not long now let’s get it🫡

Full recomp for my boy @mace.nicholls Mason was in the gym multiple days a week, lacking motivation and doing guess work with his diet. In 20 weeks we dieted Mason down removing some excess body fat before reversing out inorder to pack a bit of muscle on. 6kg up on the right and leaner🤯👏🏻 Body fat ⬇️ Muscle mass ⬆️ Confidence ⬆️ This doesn’t just happen overnight.
