ART COLOGNE – PALMA DE MALLORCA Art Cologne Palma de Mallorca April 9–12, 2026 Venue: Palau de Congressos Palma Bay, Palma de Mallorca, Spain A+B Gallery is pleased to announce its participation in Art Cologne Palma de Mallorca, which will take place at the Palau de Congressos Palma Bay in Palma de Mallorca from April 9 to 12, 2026. The gallery will present works by Nazzarena Poli Maramotti, Max Frintrop, and Osamu Kobayashi. The booth, located in the third-floor section of the fair—which brings together approximately 90 international galleries—will be shared with Galleria Rolando Anselmi (Rome), presenting works by Alina Grasmann and Asger Dybvad Larsen. A+B Gallery’s selection brings together three artists united by a deep reflection on the language of contemporary painting, explored through distinct yet dialoguing approaches. The booth project focuses on “painting from nature,” understood as a critical, slow, and emotional vision of the relationship with a landscape shaped by cultural, scientific, and digital perspectives. Max Frintrop develops a painting practice influenced by astrophysics, creating complex compositions in which masses and structures appear to be traversed by gravitational forces. His works make visible processes of transformation, where solid and liquid elements coexist in a state of tension between formal continuity and chromatic discontinuity. Three works on paper will be presented—pieces created in direct contact with the idea and experimentation, forming the genesis of his large-scale paintings. The presentation highlights the vitality and plurality of contemporary painting, bringing into dialogue three practices that, despite their differences, share a deep attention to process, materiality, and visual experience. 📸 Max Frintrop, Untitled, 2022, mixed media on paper, 56×42 cm – 66×52 cm (framed) @polimaramotti @osamu_kobayashi @maxfrintrop
