We’re SO excited to announce our new location in the heart of Peckham Rye Station – the historic Old Waiting Room, a Grade II listed Victorian gem designed by architect Charles Henry Driver in 1865.
Once a grand lounge for 19th-century commuters, the space features a stunning vaulted ceiling and intricate ironwork.
Massive thanks to @benedictolooney for restoring the staircase and keeping the space alive 💗

At the centre of Copeland Park sits Copeland Gallery, our large, 5-room, white-walled traditional gallery space.
At the other end of the site, located on Copeland Road, is a gallery space which offers something completely different…
Safehouse 1 & 2 are a pair of derelict Victorian houses that have been intentionally stripped back, offering a unique backdrop for South London’s art scene to play with, and have been a staple of the Copeland Park site for over a decade.

The Asylum Chapel (@maverickprojects ) is gothic, romantic, and utterly unforgettable — licensed for legal ceremonies and available for morning, afternoon, and evening slots. Think candlelight, iconic portrait backdrops, and an intimate drinks and canapés reception all wrapped into one stunning hire. Beautiful in summer. Magical in winter.
And the best part? Once the ceremony is done, it’s just a short walk to its sister venue, AMP Studios — a hidden haven draped in trailing jasmine, where two beautiful arches give you separate spaces for dining and dancing, covered outdoor areas, and all the flexibility you need to make the day feel completely yours. Food trucks, buffet dining, elevated plated menus — this venue does it all.
We’re proud to be the only recommended coordinator for weddings at both The Asylum and AMP Studios and there’s nowhere we’d rather help our couples bring their vision to life.
