Legato Single String in our pearly white finish designed by @lucanichetto
The system is highly customizable, from the single-strand pendants seen here to linear chandeliers, adapting to the unique frequency of each space, be it residential, retail or hospitality.
The name Legato derives from an Italian musical reference indicating a smooth and unbroken connection of notes. Similarly like the musical note, a lamp in the shape of a cone is anchored to a rigid structure, where each individual module is “tied together” while allowing for different combinations. The option for double directionality of the light sources creates a play of reflections and shadows between the cones, emphasizing the volumes. The modularity of the system allows for an extensive offering, expanded virtually without end to create a dynamic installation or an architectural wall of bi-directional light.
“Think of a musical score where every note connects smoothly, creating a continuous melody. The Legato lighting system is like this, with cones organized like notes to make different compositions.” - Luca Nichetto
The Delphi lighting collection was designed to expand for a big space and contract with ceiling height limitations. Bigger might be better! Thanks @forsythart ❤️
