The shoot that forever changed my career and positioned my lighting into its own category. When @adobe@lightroom selected it to be the global image for the programs cover art it was one of the most magical moments of my life.
When I was taking these photos, it was at a time when I was struggling pretty heavily with my sexuality. I was trying so hard to minimize how I was feeling and couldn’t understand why I couldn’t edit myself back into the version I was before. So these photos are very much a bookmark in my life breaking out of the darkness into colour. I’m very proud of how far I have come and very honoured I got to express that struggle into something beautiful and notable 💜
