Moving between garment, image, installation, and moving film,
Emma’s practice explores the unstable space between structure and disruption, analogue and digital, language and emotion.
Through F.B.P.D, these ideas extend into wearable form —
one-off garments constructed from repurposed materials and unconventional pattern cutting,
designed to shift, reverse, adapt, and resist fixed definition.
We’ve long admired Emma Wallbanks’ work and are excited to be showing her pieces as part of the salon.

A lovely addition to the salon this Saturday.
Wilco, the winemaker behind @oraterrawines ,
has generously offered to bring along a selection of his local vintages to share.
Oraterra has been an ongoing collaboration between Wilco and Leanne from @crystalchaingang ,
with Leanne painting the distinctive labels for the wines —
a meeting of winemaking, image, and local creative practice.
