We are deeply honoured to have been recognized as one of Avenue’s Top 40 Under 40, and we want to sincerely thank you for being part of our journey. This achievement is a testament to the trust and support we’ve received from amazing people like you.
As we look to the future, we are thrilled to announce a major step forward starting January 1st, 2025. Our company will start operations as a productions house and will be open to work and collaborate with all artists and crew in Canada.
We will continue to rent out our studios to all creators, ensuring that our space remains open and accessible to everyone.
These changes are just the beginning of greater things to come, and we are excited for what the future holds for all of us. Your support has brought us here, and we look forward to continuing this journey with you.

Introducing EMERGE - our 2026 Creator Residency.
EMERGE is a six-month program co-hosted by House 831 and Mas Studios, bringing together five of Calgary's top emerging photographers, videographers, designers, editors, and multi-hyphenates to learn from each other, build real community, and push the city's creative talent forward.
The residency runs July through December 2026 and includes:
- Bi-weekly mastermind and co-mentorship sessions
- Monthly creative days + open studio time
- Community content projects with brands and creatives in the city
- 24/7 access to House 831, and availability-based access to Mas Studios — both right across the street from each other on 17th Ave
Applications for Calgary-based photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and all creatives are now open at house831.com/residency (link in bio)

There’s something special unfolding behind the scenes…
As we’ve been hinting, we’re creating a one-of-a-kind Stampede experience—and this was part of the lead-up. An editorial shoot that pushed us somewhere new.
Photo shoots aren’t new to Domaine, but this one? Entirely different.
We took the beauty of indoors and brought it outside—layering it against the raw, open landscape of prairie skies and Rocky Mountain backdrops.
Modern meets western.
