We are so stoked about our collaboration with the @hotellincoln . They asked for a beer their patrons could drink on their amazing rooftop bar and we knew exactly what to make. Hotel Lincoln Kölsch is a super-clean, bright and refreshing classic Kölsch with pure Idaho Pils and Munich Malt, accentuated with Tettnager and Saphir hops in the boil. When it’s warm, this is one of the best beer styles to quench your thirst. And the weather looks almost perfect for enjoying a rooftop beer. Let us know when you have one at the Hotel Lincoln. This weekend we’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of Kimski and the addition to Maria’s. We’re so happy that we’ve been able to be part of our community for this long. We want to thank all of you for your support and patronage over the years. We built Kimski with lots of friends and family and sweat and tears of joy. Looking back ten years is pretty wild. Come out Saturday and enjoy a lot of food and fun and music. And on Sunday we welcome back our monthly House brunch freak out, brunch-ski.
