Chocolate Quinoa Crunch 🍫✨
This recipe is SO good.
Quick note: a lot of people say you should rinse quinoa first… I personally don’t and I’ve never had any issues 🤷🏽♀️ but do what works for you!
Ingredients:
* 1 ½ bars of chocolate (I love using +80% 🤤)
* 1/3 cup quinoa
* 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Toast the quinoa in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly. You’ll know it’s ready when it changes color and starts popping slightly (like mini popcorn 👀).
2. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, then mix it with the puffed quinoa.
3. Scoop small portions onto parchment paper (or anything non-stick) and place in the fridge until fully set.
4. Take them out… and try not to eat them all at once ✨
Crunchy, chocolatey, and dangerously addictive.

The idea is simple, I always commute on my bicycle (yeah, U8 is not a fun place to be in) and since listening to music is totally permitted (as long as you still hear your surroundings), I want to show you everything that I listen to. The phone is mounted while I ride so dw, I am not taking unnecessary risks. ⛑️
