An unforgettable evening surrounded by an incredible circle of women, supporters, family, friends, and industry leaders who all share the same vision for women’s health, strength, and longevity. We were honoured to hear from guest speakers sharing their expertise, experiences, and perspectives on navigating the many transitions women face throughout life. Combined with beautiful food, flowing drinks, music, and meaningful connection, it was a night we’ll never forget. Kinetik was built with a mission far greater than fitness alone. Our purpose is to help women build strength physically, mentally, and emotionally, while feeling supported through every stage of life. This is only the beginning. If Ali and I had waited until we felt ready, until we felt confident enough,⁠ until we felt like we knew exactly what we were doing - we quite literally wouldn’t have started!🌟⁠ ⁠ The phrase 'fake it till you make it' has really resonated with me when stepping into new rooms & being pushed way beyond of my comfort zone.⁠ ⁠ In my mind, “faking” is more like trusting yourself enough to try before you feel fully ready. That has been a huge part of this journey.⁠ ⁠ Speaking before we felt confident enough.⁠ Making decisions before we had every answer.⁠ Taking steps forward even when the path wasn’t completely clear.⁠ ⁠ Growth in any field rarely waits for you to feel perfectly prepared. There are moments that quietly matter more than others. Friday was one of them🙏 Sitting around a table with this group—Alison Daddo💓Kirsten Gray 💓Amanda Nancarrow 💓Dr Arjun Shah 💓Josh Ayscough 💓Tracey Robinson💓 Chris Doube - was incredibly special. Not because of titles or experience (although there’s plenty of that), but because of the alignment in the room. The shared belief in what we’re building, and why it matters. We’re bringing together something thoughtful, considered and deeply human. A group of people who care about doing this properly—and who understand the responsibility that comes with building in women’s health. No big announcements just yet

If your confidence feels shaky right now, this one is for you...⁠ ⁠ We all go through seasons where we feel overwhelmed, uncertain and quite frankly less than. In the last year we have had more of these seasons than we can count. ⁠ ⁠ Sat in rooms we feel we don't belong in. Taking on challenges we don't yet feel ready for. Questioning the choices we make. ⁠ ⁠ But here's how we pushed through. ⁠ ⁠ 1. Found support in those we love. Leaning on our support system; family, friends and community to keep us steady on our path. ⁠ ⁠ 2. Took control of our inner critic. Thoughts are not facts, so learning to question what is the evidence for this thought has become a game changer. ⁠ ⁠ 3. Changed perspective. The body reacts to fear in the same way it does excitement so rewiring our mindset to the idea that 'we are excited' not scared was huge. ⁠ ⁠ You have seen us do raises, talks, take leaps & even do a first fashion shoot...so take it from us: you CAN do anything, even if you don't yet feel confident enough to do so. ⁠ ⁠ Mary & Ali đŸ©·
