This one movement matters more than most...đâ

Bracing correctly is KEY, especially when working on strength training. It can sound intimidating, but when you break these sequences down they are often more simple than they look.â

Drop your questions about bracing, strength training or movement in general below, as we are constantly developing resources & guides to take the questions out of getting active from peri to post. đ€

The official launch of Kinetik.
An unforgettable evening surrounded by an incredible circle of women, supporters, family, friends, and industry leaders who all share the same vision for womenâs health, strength, and longevity.
We were honoured to hear from guest speakers sharing their expertise, experiences, and perspectives on navigating the many transitions women face throughout life. Combined with beautiful food, flowing drinks, music, and meaningful connection, it was a night weâll never forget.
Kinetik was built with a mission far greater than fitness alone.
Our purpose is to help women build strength physically, mentally, and emotionally, while feeling supported through every stage of life.
This is only the beginning.
If you donât know about Kinetik yet, you will soon.
And if youâve supported us already, thank you. Weâre just getting started.
A special thank you to our vendors for helping us put on an amazing event.

Youâre not just moving for today. Youâre moving for 60+ year old you! đ€â
â
As we age, two things naturally begin to decline:â
muscle mass and bone density.â
â
And for many women, especially through perimenopause and menopause -this can happen faster than expected.â
â
Why?â
Hormones shift.â
We move less.â
Our bodies become less responsive to the same inputs.â
And slowly, without realising itâŠâ
strength and bone density start to decrease.â
â
This isnât about getting the perfect body.â
Itâs about reducing injury risk and protecting your bones.â
â
So what actually helps?â
âš Strength training to build and maintain muscleâ
âš Impact-based movement (like jumping, jogging, skipping)â
âš Consistency over intensityâ
â
View movement as your long-term investment in your future. A commitment to your independence. â

If Ali and I had waited until we felt ready, until we felt confident enough,â until we felt like we knew exactly what we were doing - we quite literally wouldnât have started!đâ
â
The phrase 'fake it till you make it' has really resonated with me when stepping into new rooms & being pushed way beyond of my comfort zone.â
â
In my mind, âfakingâ is more like trusting yourself enough to try before you feel fully ready. That has been a huge part of this journey.â
â
Speaking before we felt confident enough.â
Making decisions before we had every answer.â
Taking steps forward even when the path wasnât completely clear.â
â
Growth in any field rarely waits for you to feel perfectly prepared. So sometimes you've just got to take a leap of faith and wait for the net to appear! â

19,000 women!!đ€â
â
What started as a small group of like minded women has grown into a space for honest conversations, shared experiences, and real support.â
â
To every woman whoâs part of it - thank you for showing up and making this community what it is.â
â
If you are keen to join the link for our Facebook group is in our bio! We would love to see you there. â

There are moments that quietly matter more than others.
Friday was one of themđ
Sitting around a table with this groupâAlison DaddođKirsten Gray đAmanda Nancarrow đDr Arjun Shah đJosh Ayscough đTracey Robinsonđ Chris Doube - was incredibly special. Not because of titles or experience (although thereâs plenty of that), but because of the alignment in the room. The shared belief in what weâre building, and why it matters.
Weâre bringing together something thoughtful, considered and deeply human. A group of people who care about doing this properlyâand who understand the responsibility that comes with building in womenâs health.
No big announcements just yet⊠but we left that lunch feeling very clear.
This is going to be something specialđ
