Yesterday, I had the privilege of moderating a very beautiful panel session at the Women’s Conference by @CCI_Global .
Seating with my pastors @bisolabadejo@mrsanuagoro and @Dolapo Ajayi, and community big sisters as PDebs @deborahoguike described them.
We spoke on identity, ambition, boundaries, healing, faith, and navigating modern culture as a Christian woman. They shared personal stories, examples, encouragement, and everything else in between.
Incredibly grateful for godly wisdom and that we’re in such good company! Thank you, my PL @lajuiren , for the opportunity to steer this conversation, it means much to me 🫶🏼

About a year ago! My very good friend and brother @ukaeje_ and his dear wife @maryam.eje reached out to @thevoiceacademy_ (A choir I lead and manage) to to lift a sound of worship at their wedding and serenade them also but they wanted a 100 man choir. It was the biggest project I had embarked on at the time but my brother, Uka believed in me and put His money where his mouth and heart is. Just as every other wedding project I had done before that time, I DELIVERED! BUT! I didn’t do it alone!
I thought of someone who I could bring on board to make my vision for the project a reality and the only person that came to my was @joshbowale . The great @joshbowale was very instrumental to the execution of this project and I am forever grateful for him because He held it down to the end with me!
This is to officially tell the world that if you want your wedding or your big day (whatever it is) to scream Jesus and still be very relatable for all and sundry @thevoiceacademy_ is your PLUG!
With that being said, enjoy the moment of worship💆♂️

We had the privilege of taking 48 secondary school girls to the cinema for a movie centered on economic empowerment and financial independence. It was not just an enlightening experience, but also a deeply impactful one.
The experience was filled with excitement, learning, and inspiration. The girls had fun, they laughed, and they left with new perspectives and a renewed sense of possibility. It was truly a wonderful and memorable outing for everyone involved.

If you know Uka well, you’d know he’s not keen on public praise. Loud adulations of his goodness, grand speeches alluding to his kindness, glowing tributes about his selflessness, or trumpets in the background… All for him?

How he is the kind of man people pray to meet.
How steady. How dogged. How brilliant he is.
How he shows up for people, fully and faithfully, without noise or ‘feferity’.
I won’t talk about how about how blessed I am that he’s mine.
How much joy and peace I have with him in my life.
How my success and happiness are his priority.
How I’ve learned Maths, Agric, CRK, Business Studies and Biology, because of him.
My very best friend. Don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone.
I won’t say how he humbly asks me about Gen Z slangs
Then proudly and loudly use the same outside.
I won’t say who taught him “clock it”, “that ate”, “Yakubu Manage”, “did I just hear muah?”, and much more.
I won’t tell his secrets, at all.
