Junior Euros 2025 What an experience. Although not the day we’d planned, after making some technical mistakes, it was incredible to make my debut for team GB and go up against some of the strongest lifters in the world. It’s been amazing to reflect on the last few years in powerlifting, from when I was chasing 400 to hitting +40kg over that on a bad day is a testament to the hard work I’ve out in over the year. -7.5 from my best comp total, next year the comeback will be crazy💓

-63kg Junior National Champion🏆 170kg (+5) 106.5kg (+8.5) New British junior record 187.5kg (+2.5) 464kg at 62.6 (+16.5) 9/9 Finally over 100GL and 500 dots in comp😛 At last, the day me and @louisksmith had been planning for, from breaking British records to going 9/9 and becoming National Champion, I couldn’t have asked for a better day with an amazing team of support around me for my final junior nationals Of course a special mention to my brilliant coach Louis, I wouldn’t be in this position without your unwavering support over the last few years and feel as though we have finally brought something special to the platform A big thank you to @charlietmoore for competition day handling, making sure I don’t lose my head and keeping me humble when I wanted the record on my 2nd bench (I would’ve had it though) To my girlies @annabelle.liftss and @elladlifts , it’s crazy to see the progression from meeting eachother at Uni Worlds in 2024, to becoming best friends and developing into some of the best junior lifters in the country…. I couldn’t be more proud of you both and always appreciate your friendship. Medicine has taken more of a forefront moving onto orthopaedic surgery (living my dream life rn), getting my job for next year and all the organisation surrounding that BUT I’m so ready for competing next week to showcase all of the hard work😛
