First project at @polimodafirenze Will forever be grateful for being a part of this editorial. So many emotional moments, deep attachment. Using my father’s diary spreads and our own drawings as set design, interview collaborations with @theplatform_nl @francescacataniaa Thank you everyone: the team, the model, the school, the designers. -This project explores the space between inherited masculinity and contemporary emotional expectation. Many men were shaped by restraint, function, and silence, while today’s cultural language asks for openness, vulnerability, and self-expression. Our editorial lives in this gap. The in-between space where men are still shaped by containment, yet suddenly asked to open. A tension between who they were trained to be and who they’re expected to become. This is not an homage to masculinity, nor a defence of it. BTS of our first project The first months of my master’s course come to a close with our debut project - a fashion editorial exploring contemporary rituals.
