Another great (and very long) day at @theotherartfair !
I'm excited to share that new friends fell in love with "Motown" and decided to take it home. It's about how Berry Gordy's music ended segregation on the radio. It's a dark piece of our history, but this piece is so full of joy!
My friend @kittymartini5 walked away with a limited edition Ecstasy print, and another couple decided to take a framed print home.
There's so much work that goes into these pieces, and it's such an affirmation when people choose my work for their home.
Looking forward to this final day ahead.
It's a surprisingly fun event, and if you're in town, I highly recommend coming to see all the great work at this show before it ends.

was one of the speakers/performers at the April 9, 2023 Drag March Protest in West Hollywood, CA.
I was there, with my man, and thousands of others, protesting all these anti-Trans and anti-Drag and anti-LGBTQIA2+ laws proliferating across the US right now.
In her performance, Jazzmun said this line that made me laugh, and think, and her words are still resonating for me: "I did not choose glamour, glamour chose me."
Knowing our history happening right now is a superpower, too!
