Meet the architects bringing the Malta Pavilion at @labiennale di Venezia 2026 to life: @son.architecture studio is a Malta-based architecture and design practice specialising in the sensitive rehabilitation of historic buildings and contemporary exhibition design. With a strong awareness of visual art and audience experience, the studio creates thoughtful, context-driven spatial solutions for cultural projects. @marksullivan.jr is an architect, engineer, and co-founder of SON Architecture Studio. His practice engages architecture as a site of experimentation, where urban space, design, and visual culture intersect.
