This Spring, Karakterre is coming to Germany for the first time.
We’ll be welcoming a group of forward-thinking winemakers from across the country — from Mosel and Rheihessen to Pfalz, Baden, Franken, Württemberg, Nahe and beyond — who are helping shape a new chapter for German wine.
The winemaker list is now online. Tickets will be released soon.
We’re very grateful for the response from German growers. It means a lot to feel welcomed, and to be able to offer a platform for a new generation to share their work and ideas. Alongside them, winemakers from Central and Eastern Europe will also join, reflecting the diversity of this historic landscape.
Karakterre has always been careful about growing beyond Austria. Coming to Germany feels like a natural step — a result of a dynamic scene and growing interest from the public. It’s a place where tradition and new ideas meet, and where different generations move forward together.
You’re welcome to join us!
