This canvas will be at several more events…the Live event so you will have a chance to contribute your inspiration. Bend Chamber is continuing to build on the 100 year legacy and bring the Bend business community to thrive, together.
Yesterday, the Chamber held another great Coffee & Commerce and those who attended could contribute to the art experience and be memorialized in a canvas, which I will be painting over as part of Subliminal Art Experiences. Thanks Kimberley for helping to type out each persons contribution on their keepsake card.

Tuesday night, we officially kicked off the @bendchamber Centennial Celebration with a VIP Collective Experience at Brian’s Cabinets.
Instead of standard networking, dozens of Central Oregon’s top leaders stepped up to a blank canvas to answer one prompt: “Celebrating the past and imagining the future.”
Every word, feeling, and vision they contributed is becoming the raw material for a massive, permanent abstract artifact for the city.
And to make sure no one left empty-handed, I enjoyed hand-typing custom keepsakes on a vintage Corona typewriter for every leader who left their mark.
A huge thank you to the Bend Chamber team for trusting the vision, and to everyone who picked up a marker last night.

Find out what our local Bend community contributed. Enjoy the sights, sounds, and contributions. This video was captured at a First Friday in Stio in downtown Bend last summer. During an amazing "winter-ish" collaborative event at Meissner, while the guests enjoyed a beautiful set by Paula Dreyer and live painting by Karen Eland, I collected the final contributions to the "Transformation" canvas. I will be getting the canvas ready to paint.
