Trail Love May 2026.
A few times a year we gather up the community for a huge day of trail work. And Central Oregon showed up last weekend.
With nearly 100 people showing up last weekend to work on the trails they ride & love.
It’s days like this that remind us why Central Oregon riding is so special - the people like you who love the trails & who show up to put in time to keep them rideable for decades to come.
Thank you all, our hearts are full ♥️

The Sisters Country 50K is happening on Sunday, May 3rd in Sisters. Expect to see a high number of runners out on local trails as they take on this popular spring race.
This event features both a 50K and Half Marathon, with courses made up of mostly singletrack and big views of the Cascade peaks — a favorite way to kick off trail running season in Central Oregon.
Check out Alpine Running for more information.

Heads up, Central Oregon trail community — prescribed burns are planned for Wednesday, April 29th on the Deschutes National Forest.
Up to 283 acres west of Bend (south of Cascade Lakes Highway) and 100 acres southwest of Crescent are scheduled for ignition. Smoke will be visible from Cascade Lakes Highway, Hwy 97 & 58, and surrounding areas — with the most impact expected overnight and into early morning.
No trail or road closures are anticipated, but if you’re riding near these areas, plan accordingly. Residents in Bend, Sunriver, La Pine, and the Two Rivers subdivision are encouraged to keep doors and windows closed.
Prescribed fire is a critical tool for protecting our forests and the trails we love. 🌲
