I was surprised how emotional running through NYC would be. The city, the cheers, the love. It was really a series of moments where I regained my own faith in humanity.
I can’t say thank you enough to my friends @gosiwi@chica_denisse for being there towards the end, cheering me on, and to all the many others who encouraged me along throughout the process.
Life is weird, and throws curveballs you don’t expect. But I’m really feeling every bit of love and racing on in this new chapter.

Mark is an amazing part of the CFHK community. He shows up ready to work, puts in the effort day in and day out, and brings a great energy to the box. He’s also always supporting the people around him — the kind of teammate that makes the gym better for everyone.
Outside the gym, Mark is an opera singer, which somehow makes his performance during workouts even more impressive. And over his time at CFHK, he has transformed himself through consistency, hard work, and commitment to the process.
