Not pictured: my Pop-Pop’s Mickey watch on my wrist and my Nana’s nameplate necklace on my neck. Eternally grateful to have a place that makes me feel close to my favorite people.
This is your sign to save your voicemails from people you love into voice memos… My Nana was the queen of needing attention, making sure her outfit matched perfectly with her accessories, a pink bedroom, being Italian, going on her walks, vacations, shopping and so much more. (Yes, I take after her, duh)
I’m so thankful to say I had her in my life as long as I did. She is truly the strong, most fearless (stubborn) woman I have ever known and I hope one day to be half as strong as she was.
If you don’t like and comment on this post more than you did for my Pop-Pop she will haunt you!!!! Give this queen what she deserves!!!!!
