This Saturday, Sound Gallery continues with Mari Padeanu (@maripadeanu ) at 210 Gallery.
Mari is a queer musician from Winnipeg whose songs are shaped by intricate harmony, strong melody, and deeply personal lyricism. Drawing inspiration from jazz, Motown, and artists like Amy Winehouse, their music feels intimate, raw, and close, like reading a friend’s journal and finding something honest in it.
