After trying to meet & work on something together with @edward_robinson_ for more than a year, we managed to do it in Paris for his beautiful show at @jousseentreprise — Hours witnessing the set up of the pieces & how they respond to each other with light, colors and textures, it led to so many questions, so many options. So glad of how smooth and joyful it was, it is so rare.
It opens tomorrow ! And it’s beautiful !

Last February, I travelled to Marrakesh to photograph the mysterious Dar el-Hanch, the Snake House, the first house of Yves Saint Laurent & Pierre Bergé in Morocco, for World of Interiors, my very first commission for the magazine.
A very rare visit of the house as it has barely been photographed & with Hamish Bowles by my side, as he styled the story.
To shoot the Snake house at the beginning of the year of the snake & to see it published by the end of it feels full circle, as the year of the snake invites deep inner transformation, gentle unraveling & the release of old skins that no longer fit who you are becoming.
