𝒷𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓈𝓉 𝓅𝓇𝑜𝓈𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓉𝒾𝒸𝓈 𝓈𝒾𝓁𝒾𝒸𝑜𝓃𝑒 𝒸𝑜𝓈𝓂𝑒𝓉𝒾𝒸𝓈 𝓉𝓊𝓇𝓃𝑒𝒹 𝒾𝓃𝓉𝑜 𝓅𝑜𝓁𝓁𝒾𝓃𝒶𝓉𝑜𝓇'𝓈 𝒶𝑒𝓈𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓉𝒾𝒸𝓈 'hey honey said the bee' is a text based performance inspired by victorian theater acting, as it was on the victorian era when Orchidmania emerged. The characters are: an Orchid, a Bee, a silicone mask and a perfume. This is part of my larger project 'Interspecies Cosmetic Seduction'. thanks to @grandeza.studio and @cristinagoberna for inviting me to present this performance at @hangar_org

some frames from 'An Interspecies Cosmetic Seduction Tutorial', a video piece that oscillates between a beauty tutorial and a queer ecology proposition. Inspired by the co-evolutionary relationship between orchids and solitary bees, the video explores a non-anthropocentric cosmetic routine designed to seduce more-than-human beings. Hace ya un mes que inauguramos ‘Interior acondicionado’ en @espai_19 , una exposición en la que nada se ve ni nada permanece. Un mes también de esta performance y esta experiencia de la que todavía ando recuperándome💙 Gracias @marinalvrs por agarrar la dirección escénica y ayudarme a darle forma a esa cosa tan abstracta como son las ideas y las sensaciones. Gracias @santiagocoloradoc @andy_eraso @mallorquinn @teresawxyz y #SilviaGalí por poner el cuerpo, el tiempo y las ganas para que esto acabara pasando. Y gracias @carlajaria y @oriolaribau por atreveros a acompañarme en este gesto que llevaba dos años proyectando🌬️ 🤗La última foto da fe de todo el amor que sentí durante el opening! Gracias mi gente. Este calor y este acogimiento es lo que me hace seguir aquí🔥 — It’s been already a month since the opening of ‘Interior acondicionado’ in @espai19 , an exhibition where nothing is seen and nothing remains. Also a month from this performance and this experience I am still recovering from💙 Thanks @marinalvrs for the scenic direction and for the help to shape such abstract things as ideas and feelings. Thanks @santiagocoloradoc @andy_eraso @mallorquinn @teresawxyz and #SilviaGalí for your bodies, your time and your effort to finally make this happen.
