Maria Castillo is a New York City based Script Supervisor with a diverse and extensive background in the Film/TV industry. She has worked on numerous projects as a script editor, actress, and has film curated for the Video Art and Experimental Film Festival (VAEFF). As a Script Supervisor, most recent credits include short films: The Talk Show (dir. Larry Owens), Luke and Emma (dir. Levi Wilson), Our Rite (dir. Ellie Heyman). Maria also worked on Season 4 of The History Channel's The Food That Built America and was honored to participate in the Women’s Weekend Film Challenge 2022. A graduate of the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, Maria has a strong passion for collaboration and loves working on new, exciting projects with friends in the industry. When not on set, she can be found watching classic films in Astoria, Queens with her partner and two kittens.
