Another year, another birthday #selfportrait, another stock take.
In the world on fire, it feels almost criminal to end the year feeling happy.
Lots of career firsts in 2025, lots of motivation and ambition seasoned with a good pinch of self-doubt, imposter syndrome and frustration over a slow progression. Lots of gratitude for all the opportunities that came my way, especially those that materialised. The duality of freelance life isn’t easy, but damn are those good times worth it!
2025 has also been full of love. I feel incredibly grateful for all the beautiful people in my life, off and on set, and the time we get to share together.
In these doom and gloom times, going offline, connecting and creating might just be the only way to stay sane. So let’s toast to that and to doing a lot more of it 🥂 x
