Alone Forever is out now 🌬️
@arbricias and I shot the first part of this video last summer in Galicia, with no real plan other than wanting to capture something honest and beautiful. We hadn’t set out to make a music video, but when she texted me last month reminding me of all this forgotten footage, it immediately felt like it had been waiting for this song.
She also sent me more of her 8mm films from her travels through different parts of Spain, quiet moments, beautiful landscapes, and little pieces of solitude she’d captured along the way. There’s a softness and an introspective loneliness in these images that mirrors the spirit of Alone Forever and the feeling of standing at the edge of something ending, finally seeing it clearly.
I’m so grateful for this ongoing collaboration with @arbricias . I love working together, and building this shared visual world with someone who’s also from Galicia feels deeply intentional. Supporting and creating alongside other Galician artists means a lot to me, and I’m equally grateful to her brother @brandonpieces for the hand lettering and to @ana.cor.color for the color grading.
