Finished the season with a first call out at the IFBB Nationals Pro Qualifier against a seriously stacked lineup. Missed out on a placing, but brought my best look yet and made massive improvements this season.

If youāve been training for months/years but your body hasnāt changed, read this
ā¢Youāre likely just not actually training hard enough
Most people stop the moment a set starts to burn.
But the reps after discomfort are where muscle is built.
If youāre not reaching controlled, near-failure sets, youāre not giving your body a reason to grow.
ā¢You fit your macros most of the time but getting in proper nutrition is inconsistent
Lacking protein, swinging calories, poor food choices and weekend blowouts keep people stuck for years.
If nothing is tracked or measured, youāre guessing and hoping.
ā¢Your lifestyle is holding you back
Poor sleep, stress, low steps, and overstimulation ruin recovery and fat loss.
Too much caffeine can restrict blood flow during training.
High doses tighten blood vessels, kill your pump, reduce nutrient delivery, and make sessions feel harder than they should.
Instead of chasing the pre workouts with 350 to 400 mg caffeine per scoop, look for formulas that are actually built for performance.
L citrulline, beta alanine, electrolytes, and moderate caffeine give you far better training quality and pumps than just blasting your nervous system.
