Back to my roots and my first love in #warhammer40000 the #nightlords
This is a 3d print as I was not fortunate enough to get early access to the kit.
Thanks to my good buddy @tsevetar for providing me with the motivation and inspiration to paint this model and @by_the_fang for his encouragement to try new things.
Base was kindly donated by @tapsgamescan
Paints used were proacryl from @monument_hobbies dirty down rust, verdigris and gore from @goblinshut and grim and black panel liner from @akinteractive.official
Brushes used are @fenrisworkshop sable hair specials and air brush used was infinity crplus from @harderairbrush

Final model before the end of the year!
Lucoryphus of the Bleeding Eyes remake. I previously painted this model and loved the sculpt so much I wanted to repaint it.
The sculpt is from cults and is by the super talented @damsa_draws_stuff
The audio is actually what I was listening to while painting this gent. @a_vox_in_the_void is an amazing voice actor that does 40k short story narratives among others. If you haven't tickled your ear drums with his talent be sure to check him out on you tube.

Here's an immolator I painted up for a commission. I really love the paint scheme he picked. The goal was to embody the feel and look of his antique book collection at @elsabiobooks
He wanted hints of aged vellum color, texture, grimdark aesthetic, and old school Catholic vibes.
Paints used were Proacryl from @monument_hobbies the amazing villiany ink enamels from @grimdark_compendium and dirty down verdigris from @goblinshut

I realize I've been absolute trash over this last year when it comes to making posts of projects I've worked on. I swear though I have actually been painting a ton.

When reflecting on this, I feel proud but also sad that I haven't taken more photos and shared these pieces with all of you.
