A series of moments captured across a penthouse unit at 125 Perry St.We worked closely with the design, development, and sales team to expertly craft each material as well as select and compose every piece of furniture and accessory. Each unit was constructed and detailed in 3d allowing us to produce a deep set of stills, animation, and 360's. The paintings are brought to life through a cast of characters captured by a passive observer.The majority of the campaign was render photoreal. The paintings were reserved for the more intimate vignettes focused on the lives of the residents at The Village West.A large amount of effort was spent creating and refining the process of transforming renderings into paintings, and then one step further to animating those paintings.
