Spent a great weekend at Maple in the County—one of the sweetest traditions in Prince Edward County 🍁
From pancakes and fresh maple syrup to all kinds of delicious treats, it was a fantastic way to celebrate the season. It was also great to learn firsthand about the real labour of love that goes into every bottle of maple syrup at Fosterholm and Loha Farms.

If you missed it or want more Fosterholm farms will be offering their unlimited maple syrup pancake breakfast Saturday and Sunday April 5th and 6th from 7am to 5pm. Meals $15. Maple candy, maple butter, baked goods and freshly made maple syrup available. Wheelchair accessible.

Visit Vader’s Maple Syrup 2500 tap maple production, tour the Sap House and observe their 3’x14’
evaporator in action. Learn from informative maple displays and photos. All grades of maple syrup plus a wide variety of hand crafted products such as maple butter, maple sugar, maple jelly, whisky barrel aged maple syrup and our popular mouth watering maple taffy on a stick will be available for purchase.

Sample a flight of different maple syrup grades. Enjoy maple butter on an english muffin, maple pulled pork on a bun, along with many other mouthwatering maple treats and products for sale.

Visit Fosterholm’s 7500 tap sugarbush in operation,
see how maple syrup is made and take a walk through the maple woods. Indulge in unlimited maple syrup with homemade pancake 🥞 and sausage breakfast served all day long inside the sap house beside the woodfire.

annual pancake breakfast brought to you by the Masons of Lake Lodge No. 215. Fill your plate for $15 per person.
Lumberjack shows are back! 10:30am and 12:00pm both Saturday and Sunday weather permitting.
Sweetwater Cabin will have small-batch, hand-made maple products like stirred sugar, maple butter, and soft sugar candy, along with the freshest maple syrup and Ackerman’s Acres Farmstand will be at the cabin with their homemade treats.

Come visit LOHA Farms to learn about all things sweet. All-day indoor pancake breakfast will be served from 8am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday for $10 per person.
Take a walk through the sugar bush and see how maple syrup is made in the sugar shack. Make sure to visit the animals in the barnyard and explore the world of bees on our 127 acre apiary.
Maple and honey products will be available for purchase. Make sure to bring your rainboots.
