Two weeks. 30+ events. One hell of a run.
Every March, Austin becomes the proving ground for what our team is built for, and SXSW 2026 was no different. From large-scale live productions to intimate corporate activations, our crew was everywhere, executing back to back without missing a beat.
The Alpha School SXSW EDU Showcase was one of those events that reminds you why this work matters. Over four hours, K-12 students took the stage to share their passions, their businesses, and their goals with the world. Kids running vending machine operations before they’re even old enough to drink what they sell, students designing bike parks at an international scale, young performers from the NYC campus steps away from Broadway. All of them deserving of a stage that matched their ambition.
That’s where we came in. Full audio, lighting, RF, projection, video recording, live streaming, rigging, and design services so every student had the production they deserved. And surrounding it all, custom window wraps, an in-house fabricated merchandise wall, and custom carved foam props that turned the space into an experience from the moment you walked in.

Dialpad RKO FY27 | Fairmont Austin
For the second year in a row, we partnered with Dialpad to deliver a turnkey production experience for their annual kickoff.
Our team handled full show services including video wall, lighting, sound, RF coordination, presentation and playback management, livestreaming, and custom fabrication elements to support a seamless program from start to finish.

San Antonio International Airport went all out for the holidays for the first time ever🎄✈️
Working alongside the incredible team at SAT Aviation, Mapache Entertainment Group helped bring their holiday vision to life, a project featured in the Wall Street Journal’s Top 10 holiday displays nationwide.
What started as a seasonal install quickly became something bigger: a holiday tradition that travelers and airport staff now look forward to every year.
This project is a perfect example of what we do best: transforming environments through immersive design, custom fabrication, and full-scale production execution, all in-house.
And we did it sustainably. We built custom elements while refurbishing and repurposing existing garland, wreaths, and greenery that had been sitting in storage for years, pieces originally planned for disposal.

One of the most memorable features was the custom entrance piece we built in-house—a bold visual moment that greeted guests as they arrived and quickly became the event’s go-to photo op.

Reflecting on the success of River Walk Live! and the 2024 Day of the Dead River Parade at the @thesanantonioriverwalk .
Last year, we had the privilege of collaborating with @visitsanantonio to launch a new concept: River Walk Live!—a monthly concert series designed to showcase local artists and share their talent with audiences across Texas. Year one was a tremendous success, and we’re excited to grow this initiative into a brand as iconic as Austin City Limits in the years ahead.
We were also honored to produce the 2024 Day of the Dead River Parade, a spectacular three-day activation at the Arneson River Theatre featuring unforgettable performances. It was especially rewarding to hear SA Mayor Ron Nirenberg call it “the best he’s ever seen the parade.”
