Today’s a special one for Team Manorview! Because our fantastic team members will receive a profit share payment alongside their regular pay. 🎉 🥂
This is due to Heartcount, our profit share scheme that sees us share 10% of net profits with the team. Today £135,766 of profit is being shared and individual payments are calculated based on hours worked, NOT job title or pay, to keep it as fair as possible. This means if a Finance Manager, Housekeeper, Spa Therapist, Chef, Director and Kitchen Porter all worked the same hours, they all get the same amount! Every role is included, the team member just needs 1+ years’ service to qualify!
It’s great to be able to boost team earnings with this profit share payment – because ultimately, they’ve earned it! Every single person at Manorview is needed to ensure the sustainability and success of our business. Every person and role is valued while we work together to make life better through hospitality.

Our teams got together at our venues and our central support office to celebrate another year of Heartcount Profit Share. Our Heartcount scheme means we share 10% of net profits with everyone at Manorview with 1+ years’ service. Everyone is welcome to a slice of profits, regardless of role, venue, team or seniority.
We celebrated our 7th year of profit share with a themed ‘slice for everyone’ event, meaning there was tasty pizza and delicious cake all round, and a take home goody bag of course!
Congratulations to our team – they earned this! And thank you also to our guests, because without you this couldn’t happen.
