Big numbers are a lazy flex.
Visibility ā Impact
Volume ā Strategy
Tactics ā Taste
I work with brands who want their ideas to actually land, not just trend.
Relevance before reach. Always.
If your entire āstrategyā lives in a scheduling tool, you donāt have one.
Content is the output.
The real work happens before it.
Not just in the content calendar š„

Anyway, welcome š„
Last week I spent 24 hours inside @ronaldmcdonaldhouse_cwnsw as part of the CEO Walk In My Shoes immersive experience.
And honestly, I thought I understood what RMHC did before I walked through the doors.
Accommodation.
Meals.
Support for families with sick kids.
All true.
But it wasnāt until I sat in the kitchen at 9pm watching parents quietly making toast after long days on the ward, or saw shelves stacked floor-to-ceiling with handmade blankets from volunteers, or listened to stories about families āleapfroggingā their way home across regional NSW one hospital stay at a timeā¦that I properly understood what this place actually is: infrastructure.
Emotional infrastructure.
Regional healthcare infrastructure.
Family infrastructure.
The one thing standing between a family surviving a horrific season of life together - or apart.
And one thing I heard over and over again was:
āWe didnāt think we were the kind of family who should stay thereā
People think Ronald McDonald House is only for the sickest cases. The cancer families. Only for people in financial crisis.
But families use the house for emergency admissions, surgeries, high risk pregnancies, premature births, mental health treatment, specialist appointments and short hospital stays too.
Sometimes for months.
Sometimes for just one night.
Both matter.
Thank you to RMHC Central West NSW for trusting me with this experience - and to the families who messaged me sharing their stories and allowing me to share parts of them here.
If youād like to support the incredible work they do for regional families, you can donate via the link in my bio ā¤ļø

Weāre drawing The 100 Club THIS Thursday May 14th LIVE right here on Instagram at 10am so itās time to talk about PRIZESš„
Becauseā¦.the prize pool is slightly ridiculous.
What started as āmaybe I can pull together a few prizes for a charity raffleā somehow turned into 78 businesses, brands and bloody great humans saying YES - helping raise $10,000 for @ronaldmcdonaldhouse_cwnsw in just over 2.5 hours š¤Æ

extraordinarily grateful to @orangetheatreco for inviting this former theatre kid to be part of their incredible production of the Rocky Horror Show.
community theatre - and groups like Orange Theatre Company - produce shows, sure.
but more importantly, they produce people.
confident, expressive, creative, clever, collaborative people.
people who know how to take up space without apologising for it.
for so many of us, it becomes the first place weāre allowed to be loud, weird, dramatic, emotional, ambitious and fully ourselves - and it was an absolute honour to share the stage with them this weekend.
special mention to @mayortonymileto for being a wonderful partner in crime, co-star, and genuinely great sport - this kind of visible support and representation from our leaders matters deeply for our creative and queer communities.
chookas to the entire cast and crew for the remainder of the season - Rocky Horror is on until May 23rd - go buy tix!!

if your content isnāt being shared when youāre not in the room then itās not working as hard as you think it is.
