Pierwszy raz usiadłem przed mikrofonem i nagrałem swój pierwszy podcast.
Opowiadam w nim o projekcie, który powstawał od podstaw — nie jako koncept marketingowy, ale jako realna praca, w laboratorium firmy Woven w Edynburgu, która właśnie zajmuje się eksperymentowaniem z menzurkami, pipetami i setkami butelek wypełnionych destylatem różnego pochodzenia.
Spędziłem tam kilka dni, tworząc recepturę whisky, która finalnie trafi do Polski jako Poland Exclusive.
To nie jest historia o „kolekcjonerskiej edycji”.
To jest historia o procesie:
– jak buduje się profil smakowy od zera
– jak podejmuje się decyzje, które wpływają na finalny charakter whisky
– i gdzie kończy się rzemiosło, a zaczyna odpowiedzialność za to, co podpisujesz swoim nazwiskiem
Ten podcast to dla mnie nowy format — bardziej bezpośredni, mniej „opakowany”.
Jeśli interesuje kogoś, co naprawdę stoi za powstawaniem limitowanych edycji whisky — to będzie coś dla niego.

End of the month, and I just wanted to say thank you.
Training for the Hackney Half in May is on track. It’s hard work, but it’s going well. More than that, the support so far has been genuinely lovely. Messages, shares, donations. It all adds up, and it really matters. We’re at over £750 raised and would love to hit £1000 before the event if possible.

Wow - A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HAVE DONATED OR SHARED… we’ve managed to hit the target of £500 raised for @calmzone in just under 24hrs. I’ve never felt more self conscious than doing a video while running, but I found a quiet spot in a field. I’m really so grateful, and now scared as I probably have to go through with it. Somehow I’ve ended up signed up for the Hackney Half.
I’m new to running, not especially built for it, and this will be uncomfortable in all the expected ways. But running has helped me manage anxiety and clear my head, so leaning into the discomfort felt like the right thing to do.
I’m raising money for CALM, a suicide prevention charity that supports people when things feel unmanageable. It’s work that genuinely matters, and I’ve seen first-hand how important that support can be.
I’m aiming to raise £500. £12.20 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.
