I could not think of a better way to round out the week than being featured in Architectural Digest!! A special thanks to writer Jessica Ritz for the interview, and to my support team at home and in the studio! #malmbergwallpaper @archdigest @archdigestpro

Just a moment of gratitude for such an incredible opening week in New York for Fire < Ice: Beauty on the Edge. A heartfelt thank you to all my friends, clients, and hotel guests who showed up and got a little arty with me. And a special thanks to the entire team at The Knickerbocker and St. Cloud rooftop for their warmth and next level hospitality in bringing this installation to life in such a beautiful way. Excited to see how the work continues to live in the space. DM me for more info or if you’d like to set up a private walkthrough. Sending love and inspiration, R

Grateful to have found an amazing new family for my cat, Smunchy (aka Smunchkins, Baby Bengal, Groucho Marx, Keanu). Originally adopted her as a kitten in Florida during Covid, and now, five years later, she lives uptown on Riverside Drive on the West Side of Manhattan. Uptown girl. She came into my life at such a unique time and brought so much warmth, love, and companionship through long winters, important transitions, creative chaos, and late-night edits. And although she ate all my flip flops, was mysteriously vegan, and hissed at other women, I’ll always miss her resting bitch face, screechy banter, and fierce little spirit. And no, this portrait is not AI 😺

It’s been fascinating to print these photographs large scale - I’m finding so many details that would otherwise be totally lost in translation on a phone or screen. On this one, I discovered a boat with people in the foreground (see slide two), and it slams into perspective the sheer and massive scale of the glacier itself! 💎

Remembering this sunrise excursion around Svinafellsjökull, one of the most surreal glacier outlets from the journey. Definitely a bit of a Dark Crystal vibe going on out there. Fire < Ice: Beauty on the Edge Opening April 22 at The Knickerbocker, New York

What started as a wild solo journey through the glacier outlets of southeast Iceland is now making its way to the heart of Times Square. Fire < Ice: Beauty on the Edge will be presented as a solo exhibition of large-scale framed works at the St. Cloud rooftop of The Knickerbocker Hotel in New York. A portion of proceeds will continue to support the Iceland Nature Conservation Association (INCA) in their efforts to protect the glaciers and highlands. Opening reception April 22, 2026. Looking forward to sharing this one. Big love.

Printing session complete. Such a treat to see these off screen and in large format. The detail is kind of insane … 🦕

Came across this portrait of Bobby Furst. Not sure about y’all, but these days I’m only making space for peace and love.
