The Universe has definitely been shaking the snow globe lately….
In one direction new beginnings, new pathways, and new ideas as we wrap the end of a mind blowing semester and experience with The Agentic Self Unit 1.
There’s also been reminders of the fragility of life and good friends.
But… where the attention goes energy flows. This weekend I’m extra thankful for all the people who show up for me. The people who have let me talk them into doing crazy shit for decades. The Michael Jackson movie coming out on my birthday. The best family in the Universe. And a Diz day with Blue Bayou (the restaurant by Pirates!) checked off our bucket list.

You know there’s nothing really in this world that makes me more frustrated or upset when it’s something I feel and or think I know I can over come.
There’s a limit to how the body is formed and or created.
During this period I find it very ironic how in the midst of my existence, I’m challenged by something I never thought would hold me back really!

@Problem354 (Jason Martin) used his voice to encourage people to get tested.
To consider being an organ donor.
To show up for someone they might never meet.
Back then, he was the one waiting.
Today, he’s here.
With a transplanted kidney.
With breath.
With purpose.
And the call is still necessary.

In our community, kidney disease impacts us at higher rates—yet we are the least likely to receive living donor transplants.
Over 27% of the U.S. transplant waiting list is Black.
But fewer of us are registered donors.
This isn’t about pressure.
It’s about information.
