Hey Gorgeous! I figured it was about time I Re-introduce myself on this page 🤍 I'm Shannel, owner of West Coast Makeup + Hair. Although I'm currently based in Santa Barbara, CA, I'm still booking and managing my team of artists in Portland, Oregon. With over 7 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, I discovered my love for makeup and hair at a very young age. I remember being obsessed with my Granny's huge vanity, full of lipstick and blushes, and spent hours on end studying how she did her makeup. As a dancer, I was also the go-to girl for hair and makeup, always putting on everybody's lashes. My passion for makeup and hair only grew as I got older, and I found my true calling in the wedding industry. As a hopeless romantic, there's nothing more fulfilling to me than being chosen and trusted to make a bride feel her most beautiful on such an intimate and special day. I specialize in soft glam bridal makeup and modern glam waves and buns, and I love to travel for elopements and destination weddings. But my work doesn't stop there - I’m also extremely passionate about mentoring and inspiring other artists in the industry. Teaching and sharing my knowledge with others is just as fulfilling as doing makeup and hair myself, and I'm always looking for ways to give back and help others succeed. When I’m not working I’m a full time stay at home Mama to my cute and spunky little ♌️ baby Ellie and we’re probably hanging out at the beach soaking up the California sunshine!
