I’m so nervous, so excited, so humbled to announce my second EP, “Our Time In The Sun” will be with you this May 29! I wrote these 5 songs to document the past 5 years of my life, and what’s it’s been like to dream of a better life. I wanted to share this energy with you and anyone who thinks about what they could become someday. We took these photos a whole year ago, I thought this EP would come out last year, but you know how life goes 🥲 Thank you for being here with me since Alo, and a warm welcome to all my new people. As I close the month of April it’s only right that I do so, by sharing my birthday shoot images. This has to be my favourite one so far. I ordered this ‘Fleur Tulle Bomber in Burgundy’ from @selezzalondon a year ago & I immediately knew how I wanted to shoot it and most especially who I wanted to work with. I couldn’t be more proud and excited that my vision finally came to life. My third dance record is out everywhere!! First, there was “Ijo”, then “Oluronbi” and now “Traveler(Sons of Ubuntu Remix). It’s always fun doing a dance song but this one was extra fun thanks to the @sonsofubuntu touch. One of my faves! and love to the talented duo @_faemous for the beautiful mix & master. thanks to my lovely @teezah_ for photographing me to be a rockstar fairy, and @rotimialabi for styling me in this gorgeous blue outfit.
